 Shane received his CPI (Certified Professional Inspector)  certification from InterNACHI (International Association of Certified  Home Inspectors) after many credit hours of education, as well as, hands  on and in classroom training at InterNACHI’s infamous House of Horrors  by some of InterNACHI’s esteemed Certified Master Inspectors.

Having been born and raised in the central Nebraska area, Shane  served in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2007 during some time spent in the  Nebraska Army National Guard. With experience being a first time home-buyer, military veteran home-buyer, and an investment property owner he can  relate to many types of clients in many stages of life. This allows him  to customize his inspections to each individual client in a way that not  every inspector may be able to, understanding a little more intimately  each one’s specific needs. Helping clients navigate their home ownership  journey is what motivates Shane.

Shane has history as a quality and auditing professional with a passion for real  estate. Combining this history and passion with his past real estate  experiences make inspecting properties a dream job. Shane finds great  joy in being an integral part of the exciting process of clients finding  their ideal properties. He is grateful every time someone invites him  to be a part of that process.

Utilizing the creative side of his brain, Shane uses his commercial drone certification to provide a solution to many different area needs. Shane has a history of doing a variety of photography which he is able to tap into with his drone in order to provide stunning results tailored to specific client needs.
