One-Year Warranty Builder Inspections
Most home builders include a one-year warranty with the purchase of their houses. A homeowner may want to have a professional inspection done on their home before the builder’s warranty expires. The homeowner can then pass the report on to their builder’s warranty department for adjustments, repairs or replacements of home components all covered under the warranty.
Seller Inspections
Move-In Certified Pre-Listing inspections are nearly the same as Buyer Home Inspections but they include perks tailored to help the seller stand out from all the other houses on the market. Along with receiving an easily shareable inspection report and many photos that could be used in a listing, the client will receive the use of a yard sign announcing the house has been pre-inspected and is move-in ready. The buyers also receive the peace of mind of a "We'll Buy Your Home Back" guarantee.
Water Testing
We recommend drinking water gets tested prior to purchasing a home and once a year thereafter for any property with a private well. As an add on service, we will collect water samples and submit them to the lab for testing. The lab will test for Bicarbonate, Calcium, Carbonate, Chloride, Fluoride, Iron, Magnesium, Nitrate, Potassium, Sodium, Sulfate, Total Hardness (Lime), Total Alkalinity, Electrical Conductivity, pH, Est. Total Dissolved Solids, and Coliform Bacteria. Be sure to select this add-on when scheduling your inspection to take advantage of this service!
